2012 March Break Shubenacadie Wildlife Park Open Hours .
The park will be open the week of March 12 to 16 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for activities and animal viewing. As part of our regular winter season, the park will also be open on the weekends of March 10, 11, and 17, 18 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Friday, Night Tour
7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Join us in an easy, guided night time walk of the Shubenacadie Provincial Wildlife Park. Bring a flashlight and get a nocturnal view of the park and its inhabitants. Dress for the weather. The fee is $6.00 per person. Cash only. All ages welcome. If bad weather or roads are anticipated, those registered will be contacted about cancellation by 4:00 pm on March 9th. Pre- registration required. Monday, SEA TURTLE DAY
Sea Turtle Day with sand art. Park admission is: $2.75 for adults, $1.50 for youth (ages 6-17), children 5 and under are free! Learn about the huge Leatherback Sea Turtle that swims the waters around Nova Scotia. Our display case will have a leatherback turtle skull and a piece of its shell. Make your own sandy turtle to take home for $2.

Tuesday SLITHERING SNAKE DAY
Snake day- Park admission is: $2.75 for adults, $1.50 for youth (ages 6-17), children 5 and under are free! Learn about the sensitivities of snakes. Examine a snake skin under the microscope. The cost is $2 to make your own slithering snake to take home.

Wednesday-BINGO BEAVER DAY

Our friend and ceramic artist, Susan Beaver will be here so drop in and paint a ceramic wildlife piece for $6 that will be your treasured knick-knack. Find out how beavers are such great builders.Try using your ears to play Wildlife Sound Bingo.
