A
stroll through our two kilometers of wheelchair accessible and shaded
pathways provides an open, yet intimate environment for easy viewing
and... yes, even talking to the animals.
Our Park has seen many changes over the years as we have grown and
more visitors discover and share our magic.
We have established new interpretative signs throughout the Park,
which will tell you everything you need to know about our wildlife
exhibits.
Our knowledgeable staff are always on hand for assistance or to
answer any questions you may have about our Park.
Nova Scotians take great pride in their pristine forests and abundant
wildlife. The interpretive displays in the Creighton Forest Environment
Centre introduce you to these ecosystems.
We also have a 10-hectare picnic area adjacent to the Park, complete
with tables, shelters, washrooms and running water.
Big and little kids enjoy our wonderful playground, one of the
largest in Nova Scotia.
We have large, clean, modern washrooms with infant change tables.
The Park is located near several restaurants.
Wildlife Photography and Filming
Natural
enclosures within the Park offer unique opportunities for wildlife
photography and filming.
Some of our tame animals have been used for movies and commercials
as our facility is second to none for such activities. For a small
daily fee, you can pursue your activities or career. For more information
on this unique activity, please contact
us.
